Come Make a Difference 4ONE at our 2nd annual Christmast Bazaar!!

     4one is a non profit organization geared towards building awareness of the devastating plight of vulnerable children all over our world. Our goal is to mobilize and inspire ONE person at a time to make a difference 4one. There are 147 million orphans in the world today.  Many are ravaged by poverty and disease. Our world is currently in a worldwide orphan crisis. 4one’s purpose is to provide outreach opportunities that are focused on positively impacting this crisis, doing our part to resolve it and as a result bringing hope to many orphans throughout the world. Our primary objective is to build a bridge of love and hope from ONE part of the world to another. We achieve this by partnering with other Christian organizations stationed all throughout the world who are currently involved in meeting the needs of orphans. Every orphan has 4 basic needs: medical, physical, educational and spiritual/emotional needs. Our goal is to assist orphans through a process by which they move from a state of living…. to thriving…. to succeeding!
4one is a community, family-oriented mission. Our desire is to see entire families with children and adults of all ages serving together and using their gifts and talents for the cause of the fatherless.  4one is brand new and looking for others who too desire to be a part of a generation of people who want to make a difference. You are never too young nor too old.  We would love to have you part of our team!

Recently 4one had their first fundraising event. Our focus was on raising money for orphans in Swaziland, Africa through a Christmas Bazaar.

SWAZILAND, AFRICA

Known as the Nation of Orphans.
There 120,000 orphans in Swaziland.
This small country has the highest rate of HIV/AIDS in the world.
In Swaziland a 15 year old has a 6% chance of reaching 30.
There are no public schools in Swaziland.
In order for a child to attend school in Swaziland, they must purchase a uniform (shirt, pants and shoes) and pay a monthly tuition.     

These orphans need HOPE….. DIGNITY….and knowing deep within their hearts -that they are LOVED. 4 One wants to do our part to make sure these children receive the love they desire and the hope we have to offer.

 Partnering with Children’s HopeChest, in Swaziland, ensures us that the orphan’s medical, physical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs are met. Children’s HopeChest is an advocacy group that uses a “community to community” partnership model. While many great organizations exist to provide individual sponsorship opportunities, HopeChest believes that holistic sustainable change in the poorest communities occurs when one community partners with another.In order for Swaziland to be a country which can sustain themselves and rebuild themselves from the epidemic of AIDS/HIV, this generation of children must be nourished, healthy, counseled & educated.

Funds raised through 4 One for Swaziland go to meeting the basic needs of the orphans who attend the Children’s Hope Chest carepoints. Local natives mentor, build relationships, and look after the physical and spiritual well being of all the children involved in the carepoints. There are hundreds of children in Swaziland going to carepoints who are in need of sponsorship.

4one  is based out of Augusta, Georgia, which is part of the Central Savannah River Site Area, also known as the CSRA.There are over 500,000 people living in the CSRA. Imagine if one by one we promoted the cause of the voiceless and gave from our abundance.
